For an international IT provider and system integrator, initially a single-tenant datacenter was developed. It is located in a market between one of the core industrial and business regions of Germany and Belgium, while also serving the industial southern region of the Netherlands.

After being a DCAAS location, with an increased demand for regional network and colocation capacity, the asset is turned into a wholesale and colocation datacenter and thereby into a regional network hub. Next to that, the datacenter serves as important hub in international fiber routes such as a core route between Amsterdam and Paris
