This Privacy Statement provides information regarding to processing of personal data by Photon Capital B.V. (“Photon”) with regard to this website. Photon values the privacy of all its partners and website visitors. Photon will solely use your personal data in accordance with this privacy statement and all applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”).

What personal data does Photon collect?

Photon limits the collection of your personal data to only the personal data that is necessary for justified purposes in accordance with the GDPR. As a rule, Photon only collects the minimum amount of personal data required to fulfil the purpose at hand.

We will only use the data that you provide in this context for communication with you, recruitment and selection. Your personal information will be kept in our files until one month after the position has been fulfilled. If Photon wishes to retain your personal information for a longer period, Phtoon shall request your prior approval.
  • Cookies: Photon’s website only uses cookies that are necessary for the smooth functioning of its website (“functional cookies”) and cookies to improve and measure performance of its website (“analytical cookies”). With these cookies, a limited amount of personal data is processed.

Third parties

Your personal data will be handled with care and confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties, unless: (i) Photon is under a legal obligation to do so, (ii) the respective party is our processor with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement, or (iii) you have given your explicit consent. Photon does not transfer your data outside of the EU.
