Nils Siekman

Nils brings over 20 years of professional experience in M&A, due diligence and private equity. Before joining Photon in 2019, Nils worked at the Deals team at PwC and a corporate finance boutique, CDI, in Amsterdam.

Nils has a broad deal experience across many industries. Industry specialties include technology and software deals being a member of PwC’s investment support team for a large technology client. At Photon, Nils is involved in deal execution and review as well as in several activities building the fund organization and other fund activities.

Nils lives with his family in Heemstede and particularly enjoys various sports, both actively: tennis, cycling and running and passively: watching football and other sports.
