OctoNona, a portfolio company of Photon Capital, acquires A2B Internet
Photon Capital announces that OctoNona, its fast-growing connectivity and infrastructure platform in the Netherlands, has acquired A2B Internet, an independent Dutch Internet Service Provider specializing in business internet, connectivity and datacenter services for digital-first organisations.
A2B Internet delivers business-class internet access, datacenter interconnectivity, cloud connectivity, and IP-based network services. Its strong technical expertise and customer-centric focus closely align with OctoNona’s mission to deliver scalable, high-performance connectivity solutions for business and infrastructure environments.
The acquisition further strengthens OctoNona’s end-to-end connectivity platform, following its recent additions of Layer23, providing Layer 2 Ethernet services, and atom86, a specialist in IP transit and network infrastructure. Together, these acquisitions broaden OctoNona’s technical scope, reinforce its position in the Dutch connectivity market, and enable the company to meet growing demand for resilient, high-quality business connectivity and datacenter services in Europe.
