Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated Investment Analyst to join our team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic growth initiatives and investment execution while gaining exposure to various aspects of the investment lifecycle. As a member of our investment team, you will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your analytical skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will contribute to the fund’s performance.
The role of Investment Analyst will be involved in:
- Deal Support: Supporting the M&A processes, including modeling, due diligence, and financing.
- Sourcing: Finding new investment opportunities.
- Investment Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, evaluate investment opportunities, and prepare valuation and strategy reports.
- Post-deal Integration: Support the integration and general monitoring processes following deal closure.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Analyze and support reporting on portfolio performance.
Profile Requirements:
- Team Player: Strong communication skills with the ability to balance dedication and hard work with a positive attitude.
- Relevant Experience: Preference for an earlier experience (internship) in a corporate environment, strategy consulting, private equity or a corporate finance boutique/investment bank.
- Educational Background: Completed master’s degree or post-graduate qualifications (RC, CMA, CFA preferred).
- Independent & Organized: Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, a hands-on approach, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
