Alex Bakker

Alex Bakker is one of the founders of Photon Capital. From 2015 to March 2024 he also served as CEO of Penta Infra, Photon Capital’s datacenter portfolio company.

Alex began his career at PWC in the M&A team. In 2009, he joined CIF, the Rabo Communication Infrastructure Fund, as manager of acquisitions and financing. With these experiences, Alex has built a strong track record and has been active in digital infrastructure investments for over 15 years.

Alex lives in Amsterdam and enjoys spending time with his children or on the football field.
